How it works
Smoked food is prepared ahead of time and lasts until it’s sold out like many Texas BBQ smokehouses such as Pecan Lodge in Dallas. So it’s best to pre-order meals.
- Order Online: typically a day in advance.
- Pay by the Pound: Beef Brisket and Pull Pork options in bulk.
- Select Pickup Time: pick up in person at the smokehouse.
- Eat: don’t forget to post a review online.
